This website is run by TechAPTO, a UK business. You can contact us at hello@ethical-ai.org.

What you type into the contact form: your name, email, business name and message. The site sets no advertising cookies, and the public pages set no cookies unless you accept analytics. Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser's own storage, not in a cookie. Signing in to the control panel sets one cookie that's needed for signing in, only on the sign-in and panel pages.

If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and sends Google details such as the pages you view, your browser and device, and an approximate location. We've turned off Google signals, advertising features and data sharing. Google may process this data outside the UK. We keep analytics data for 14 months. If you choose Reject, or don't choose, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms.

To stop automated spam, the contact form uses hCaptcha, a service run by Intuition Machines. The hCaptcha check loads only on the contact page. It may collect your IP address, browser and device details, and how you interact with the page, to tell people from bots, and it may set cookies needed for that check. hCaptcha's own privacy policy applies to that data, which may be processed outside the UK.

We keep contact form emails for 12 months, then delete them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing hello@ethical-ai.org. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
