Built to be trusted
Small businesses tell us AI feels risky. So the safeguards aren't settings you have to find. They're switched on from the start, and you can't turn them off.
Safeguards
-
It always says it's an AI.
Every call starts by telling the caller they're speaking to an AI assistant. If they ask, it says so again.
-
It removes sensitive details.
Card numbers, dates of birth and health details are taken out before anything is stored or emailed.
-
It deletes transcripts.
Once your summary email has gone, the transcript is deleted, including from our voice provider. No call audio is saved.
-
It collects only what it needs.
Usually a name, a number and what the call is about. Nothing more.
-
It keeps a record without personal details.
You can see what happened on each call (put through, details taken, turned away) without anyone's name or number in the log.
-
It never makes marketing calls.
It only answers the calls your business receives.
Your compliance summary
Every receptionist comes with a plain-English summary of what it collects, how long it's kept, and who sees it. You can share it with your customers.

Who processes the conversation
Calls run through Telnyx (the phone line) and ElevenLabs (the voice). Google's Gemini reads the text to understand and summarise it. Summary emails are sent through Microsoft 365.
